Dear Diary, The world has fallen into chaos. Ignorance runs the world. People blindly follow what they are told. Where have the questioners of the world gone? I wonder if this is our future, Transported into books like hunger games and divergent. Stories warn us of the dangers of an all too powerful government and yet somehow it turns true. The sickness will come regardless. Postponing is just building the fear, intensity, rip the bandage off, and obtain immunity. So why wait? Power. Fear runs the world as I suppose it always has. Yet now the world is at a lack of bravery. People run by fear are weak, People separated are weak, People in poverty are weak. In addition in a national crisis, our constitutional rights are stipped.  ¨You know, itś funny; when you look at someone through rose-colored glasses, all the red flags just look like flags¨-Bojack Horseman

Dear Diary, Why? Why has no one questioned? This will be the death of democracy. The lies; you cannot get the coronavirus if you wear a mask, wash your hands, hide in your house, cease contact, stop talking, don’t go out past nine, don’t walk on the street, don’t be in large groups, don’t be in small groups, don’t be in groups, don’t eat, don’t work, don’t question fear, fear death, fear bankruptcy, fear what could and what is happening. The Coronavirus is not escapable, the world will eventually keep turning. People will die like they always have and people will survive as they always have.  As much as humans would like to believe they have control we are but a speck in an unforgivable universe.

Dear Diary, The truth, the people who want to tell you, scream it as much they can. As soon as the government notices. Where did they go? Fired, shamed, mocked, made small, for going against the grain, I suppose as it always has. Will humanity let this go unnoticed?

Dear Diary, If you want evidence… Medical news today claims masks are ineffective ¨neither surgical nor cloth masks are at all effective in stopping the spread of SARS-CoV-2¨, cdc.gov estimates 35 million people got the flu last year and more than 3400 died in the US. Four million people worldwide have gotten the corona and only around 300,000 have died from it. 3.8 million people lost their jobs due to the coronavirus. Sweden has an estimated 30,000 cases yet Sweden left its schools, gyms, cafes, bars, and restaurants open (worldwidemeters.com). We have 1.47 million cases and weŕe locked down!

Dear Diary, I believe this is going nowhere good. Governor Cooper of NC has stated that there will be alterations regarding the next school year (if we have one). The only way I imagine he could do such a thing is either social distance which will be mighty difficult when there is an average of 800 students in a high school and ours are already starting to overflow or have all students wear masks. which will be troublesome for a multitude of reasons for one they are uncomfortable and hard to breathe in doing any kind of physical exercise will be trying. In addition, students will not want to and try to get out of it, there will be a waste of resources, and if you do not wear them correctly (which means after you put them on you don’t touch your face or the mask or adjust it and once you take it off you throw it away) they are utterly useless. I mourn for what this country has become. I fear the future will not hold anything to be excited for or proud of, but for now, all we can do in float downstream and hope one fish will save us all.

And as always don’t shoot the messenger

Sounds like YOU are questioning. Do you really believe NO ONE else is? Or, more specifically, WHO do you believe needs to be questioning? Is it someone perceived to be more powerful? More prominent? More popular?

The collective group needs to question and those who do should encourage others to as well. Everyone should question everything, from government decisions, to which article the news chooses to cover, to why your friend was rude to you. There are reasons things happen and reasons people act the way they do. Instead of seeing one side you should try and observe what the other person’s motive was for acting the way they did. People always have a reason to their actions whether you agree with the reason is another argument. thanks for questioning
      sincerely,
