Every once in a while you must change the way you see things.

so in my four wall prison of my household,

in the confines of my flour wall room,

entwined in the comforter of my four-sided bed;

I change the way I saw things.

 I sat with my legs hanging off and my back to the wall,

my thoughts changed from vertical to horizontal,

and so did my view.

inside my house,

inside my room,

on my bed.

To change again,

I opened my window to escape the pattern

to see new inside the same old house because

I cannot leave, for the world is on fire
